OPTION PROGRAM The option (below called deposition) is refundable
exluding a €50 handling fee. It guarantees a
delivery position for the LN-3 Seagull kit. Estimated delivery of the first batch
is the first quarter of 2010. When signing the Purchase agreement Svenska
Flygfabriken AB will present a planned delivery schedule regarding all four
batches. BUYERS PROGRAM Our strategy for the first phase is to sell a not too large number of
kits and deliver them in four batches. The kit includes everything except a engine, instrument and paint. Batch 1. Consists
of rudder, elevator and horizontal stabilizer. This batch is for making the
builder familiar with the process. These parts do not require that much space
either. Batch 2. Consists
of wing and flaperons. The parts come assembled and
the remaining work is to finalize the leading edge, fit all fasteners and
install the flaperons. Batch 3. The
temporarily assembled fuselage makes out the third batch and it divides in
two halves. After all formers have been finally bonded, a number of fasteners
and holes have been made, the fuselage halves are finally fixed together.
This can be done without need for complicated fixtures. The central cantilever
wing, cockpit doors and canopy are also parts of this batch. Batch 4. This
batch consists of sponsoon, landing gear, the remaining control system, cabin interior including seats, wall
covering, flooring, instrument panel and electrical system. Price The price for these initial kits will be
EUR 39,000.00 excl. VAT This is divided as below: Deposition EUR 1,000 to
reserve your delivery position. The deposition is refundable. 10% EUR 3,900 (minus the deposition of EUR
1,000) as a down payment when placing the order. Batch 1. Costs
